Shipping Policy

Still Creek currently ships within the United States only.

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping options:

Standard Shipping: $8.00 for orders under $70
Free Standard Shipping: orders $70 and up
Express Shipping: $15.00

Shipping times may vary depending on location, carrier delays, holidays, and order volume.

Still Creek is not responsible for shipping carrier delays once an order has been shipped. If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the carrier first, then reach out to us at support@stillcreekapparel.com.
