Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be happy with your Still Creek order.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or the wrong item was sent.

Still Creek does not charge a restocking fee on eligible returns.

Once your return is received and inspected, any approved refund will be issued back to the original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.

Sale, clearance, custom, or final-sale items may not be eligible for return if marked final sale at the time of purchase.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at support@stillcreekapparel.com as soon as possible so we can review the issue and make it right.
