Frequently Asked Questions

When will my order ship?
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email.

Do you ship outside the United States?
At this time, Still Creek ships within the United States only.

How much is shipping?
Standard Shipping is $8.00 for orders under $70. Orders $70 and up qualify for free Standard Shipping. Express Shipping is available for $15.00.

Can I return my order?
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery as long as the item is unworn, unused, and in original condition.

Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or the wrong item was sent.

What if my package says delivered but I did not receive it?
Please check around your delivery area and contact the shipping carrier first. If you still need help, email us at support@stillcreekapparel.com.
